Our client was looking for to install a solar PV system on a 23 home Social Housing development. We would need to make the best possible use of the roof space at each of the properties.
Intelligent Energy Solutions designed, installed and commissioned the 23 systems based on the client’s requirements.
The systems were designed around 10-panel systems on the south-facing elevation of each property.
The total system size on each property 4.10Kw (10 x 410w DEMGC Solar Panels). Combined with a Solis 3.6 Kw Inverter this is enough to give each property an annual output of approximately 2661kWh.
